By joining the PlayerStats.Football Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms exist to ensure fairness, protect our brand, and maintain the integrity of our referral program.
1. Referral Commissions & Payments
- The standard commission rate is 30% of the total payment from a referred subscriber (typically £2.10 per month per subscriber).
- Commission is due on a recurring basis for each subscriber referred (monthly or yearly).
- Referral conversions are counted only for paying subscribers.
- Pending commissions remain pending until the first of the following month.
- Subscriber refunds will result in the commission being deducted from future payouts.
- We aim to process payouts around the 14th of each month for the previous month.
- The minimum payout threshold is £25.
2. Referral Restrictions
To maintain program integrity, the following are strictly prohibited:
- No self-referrals – You cannot refer yourself.
- No paid advertising on our brand name – This includes PlayerStats.Football or any similar variations.
- No coupon, deal, loyalty, cashback, rewards, or virtual mall websites.
- No infringing on intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- No cookie stuffing or altering tracking information.
- No use of adware, spyware, or loyalty-ware.
- No misleading or deceptive tactics – Including pop-ups or false/misleading links.
- All referring links must be verifiable and traceable (pretty links are permitted).
3. Brand & Domain Restrictions
- You cannot purchase domains or URLs that include "PlayerStats" or similar variations to forward to your affiliate link.
- You cannot purchase ads using our brand name or promoting your affiliate link.
- You cannot register social media handles using "PlayerStats" or similar variations.
- Your website cannot copy, resemble, or mirror the look and feel of PlayerStats.
4. Promotional & Marketing Guidelines
If you promote our program via email campaigns or newsletters, you must:
- Comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.
- Ensure the email is sent on your behalf and does not imply it is from PlayerStats.
If your website contains defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, harmful, or sexually explicit material, you may not include our affiliate links.
5. Violations & Termination
- PlayerStats.Football reserves the right to reverse affiliate payouts due to:
- Order cancellations
- Duplicate tracking
- Subscriber refunds
- Disputed charges
- Delinquent payments
- Program violations
- We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account found in violation of these terms.
By participating in the PlayerStats.Football Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. PlayerStats.Football reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time.
